"We Must Lift as We Climb"

The USF Latino Scholarship Program is an elite group of scholars who are recognized for their academic merits and who demonstrate financial need. The scholarship program, which was founded in 1992, selects recipients on the basis of academic performance and financial need. Strong consideration is granted to first-generation, Spanish-speaking students. The program boasts more than 800 alumni and has awarded almost $5 million.

What Your Support Can Do

Your support provides renewable scholarships while also creating a mentorship network that connects recipients to the Latino community and beyond. Although there are many scholarships in existence, the Latino Scholarship is unique in that it pairs a scholar with a mentor. Mentors are donors to the program who support their students, not only financially, but by providing guidance and career advice as the students move along their educational continuum.

How to Give?

Recurring Biweekly Payroll Deductions
Your Gift Amount will be deducted continuously. (i.e., $5.00 = $5.00 per pay period until you request a change)

One Payment Payroll Deduction
Your Gift Amount will be deducted from one paycheck only. (i.e. $100 = $100 from one pay period)
