Jay Oklu & Lisa Spagnuolo Endowed Opportunity Scholarship
The Jay Oklu and Lisa Spagnuolo Scholarship is a university-wide endowed scholarship in the Opportunity Scholarship Program. Students must be enrolled full-time as a degree-seeking undergraduate student, be a student transferring to USF from a Florida Community College. Preference will be given to a single parent or dependent of a single parent and must have demonstrated financial need by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and be eligible for the Pell Grant. Additional criteria; all majors, all colleges, all campuses.
