The Future of Pharmacy is Here

The Taneja College of Pharmacy aims to educate students to be outstanding leaders in the profession, prepared to innovate pharmacy practice and deliver the highest quality of care in diverse, interprofessional clinical and community settings.

The Class of 2027 will soon embark on an incredible, but challenging, journey of becoming the most promising pharmacists of tomorrow. They will join a profession that makes immense sacrifices to keep our communities healthy, and many will shoulder large amounts of debt to cover their education.

Today, we ask you to invest in these students' dreams by making a gift to sponsor their first white coats and support scholarships that ensure success for generations of students training to be leaders in the pharmacy profession.

“I received my white coat six years ago, in 2017. The White Coat Ceremony was a rite of passage for me, signifying my entrance into the pharmacy profession. My white coat served as a constant source of reassurance that all my hard work would be worth it, and has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. USF Taneja College of Pharmacy has allowed me to grow within my field and help patients at a large scale, and it is an absolute honor to be able to give back by sponsoring a white coat with the hopes to make a meaningful impact for the incoming Class of 2027 students.” — Shana Indawala, PharmD ’21

Through the generosity of donors like you, our incoming pharmacy students are gifted with their first white coat, the creation of their class scholarship fund, and encouraging notes from alumni, family, friends and other supporters.

Please make your gift before Sept. 8. Together, we can empower these students to reach their fullest potential and shape a future where compassionate and skilled pharmacists thrive.

By sponsoring a white coat, you are sending an empowering message to students that they are part of a larger community of USF friends and pharmacists. The cost to sponsor a student’s white coat is $125. Additional support will provide future scholarship funding, which can take some of the financial pressure off these very deserving future pharmacists — enabling greater success as students and professionals.
