Who We Are
Founded in 2007 by passionate USF medical students, the BRIDGE Healthcare Clinic is a student-run, free clinic that bridges the gap in health-care access for the Tampa Bay area's underserved communities. Our multidisciplinary team — including experts in medicine, social work, physical therapy, pharmacy and public health — provide compassionate, high-quality care to those in need. We believe a healthy community is a thriving community.
What We Do
The BRIDGE Healthcare Clinic serves Tampa residents living below 300% of the federal poverty level. Over the years, this faculty-supervised clinic has grown into an interprofessional learning environment, bringing together students from medicine, public health, physical therapy, pharmacy and social work to gain hands-on experience while improving access to care.
Our clinic is a lifeline for the community, providing primary care, specialty services, social work, public health and physical therapy — all at no cost to patients. This work is made possible by the generosity of donors like you, helping ensure essential care remains accessible to those who need it most.
The Impact
With the support of more than 70 physicians and countless student volunteers from the Morsani College of Medicine, College of Public Health, Taneja College of Pharmacy and School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences, we treat more than 1,100 patients each year.
Your support sustains this vital effort while expanding meaningful clinical training opportunities for USF Health students as they gain hands-on experience providing exceptional, cost-free care to underserved patients.

What Your Generosity Will Do
Your donations directly fund essential health-care services, such as free medications, vaccines and health screenings.
