Who We Are

As senior director of undergraduate affairs in the Muma College of Business, Jackie Nelson's commitment to student welfare extends beyond academics; she often provides critical support to navigate personal and educational challenges. She is frequently the first person faculty turn to when they need to address student performance concerns. Jackie is particularly passionate about student scholarships and led the college scholarship distribution and awards efforts for many years, ensuring that donor wishes were followed while, at the same time, providing much-needed support for students.

What We Do

We invite you to support the Jackie Nelson Scholarship Fund, a tribute to a remarkable individual whose dedication and leadership have shaped countless lives within the Muma College of Business. She helped launch programs such as the Bulls Business Community, the Zimmerman Advertising Program and partnership with the College of Arts and Sciences, the Business Honors Program, the Bulls 2 Business summer entry program, and international partnerships in Singapore and Peru. Her leadership in student advising has been instrumental in guiding thousands toward academic success for two decades.
