Who We Are
Women in Leadership and Philanthropy (WLP) was formed in 2005 with the leadership of USF President Emerita and Professor Judy Genshaft, longtime USF supporter Carol Morsani, and Tampa's leading philanthropists, business professionals and entrepreneurs to promote the educational and research endeavors of students and faculty at USF.

From educational scholarships to impactful mentoring engagements, your support enables us to create meaningful opportunities that pave the way for the USF community to excel in their academic and professional pursuits. Together, we can make a difference by empowering students and faculty and inspiring future generations of leaders to reach their full potential!
