Broadcasting from the USF Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota-Manatee campuses, WUSF is your home for NPR, serving the West Central Florida region and providing critical news, information and entertainment. Our award-winning WUSF reporters keep listeners up to date on issues impacting our state, with locally produced programs like Florida Matters, by providing context and insight on local issues.

WUSF’s mission is to provide meaningful and relevant content that enhances our community’s quality of life. We enrich the mind and inspire curiosity! The high-quality programming we provide has been a valuable resource in our community for 60 years. We are dedicated to serving our listeners and keeping accurate journalism available for everyone without a paywall, for years to come.
