Who We Are

Comprised of more than 2,550 students from 48 countries and 43 states, the Judy Genshaft Honors College provides a thriving learning environment that empowers the University of South Florida’s best students to reach their full potential.

Located in three unique communities throughout the Tampa Bay area, the Honors College allows students to find the right fit for their own personal and academic goals while living out our shared values of intellectual curiosity, global citizenship and service.

What We Do

The Honors Graduation Celebration Ceremony is a revered and time-honored tradition, where families and friends gather to celebrate the achievements of our graduating students. The ceremony’s pinnacle is the awarding of the Honors Medallion, which students proudly don for commencement and cherish throughout their lives as a symbol of their hard work and dedication.

Your Impact

By contributing $100 to join the Order of the Medallion, you play a vital role in upholding this esteemed tradition. Your gift not only sponsors a student’s medallion but also bolsters initiatives critical to student success such as research opportunities and conference presentations. In recognition of your generosity, your name will be featured in the upcoming Honors graduation program, a treasured commencement keepsake.
