Lowell Davis Endowed Scholarship
To provide scholarships to full-time undergraduate students pursuing all majors, in all colleges at USF St. Petersburg. The student must have completed at least one semester at USF St. Petersburg and have at least 3.0 overall cumulative GPA. This scholarship may be awarded up to 2 semesters. Preference is given to an international student, with a secondary preference given to students with a strong interest in African-American heritage.
