Frank Luscher Endowed Undergraduate Scholarship
To offer scholarships to full or part-time first-generation undergraduate students, pursuing all majors, in all colleges, on all campuses. This scholarship is renewable up to 8 semesters, based on merit and financial need. This scholarship is for first-generation students who are not receiving a Pell Grant but who have financial need.
