Scholarship Criteria
USF undergraduate and graduate level students, with preference to those who are former USF Upward Bound students. Preference will be given to low-income, first generation students (defined as neither parent having received a four-year degree). Students must be enrolled full-time. Leadership and community service will be considered. Recipients must be a Florida resident.

You will also need to write a 500-word essay that addresses your future academic and career goals, explaining how attending USF will assist you in accomplishing your goals, and one letter of recommendation from a principal or school counselor, or professor or college representative.
