To offer scholarships to full-time undergraduate students, pursuing all majors, in all colleges. This scholarship is renewable up to 8 semesters with preference for financial need. Preference for students engaged in the Black Leadership Network that supports African Americans and African American initiatives throughout the USF and in our community.
