BLN Emma and Julius Hawkins Memorial Scholarship
To offer scholarships to full or part-time first-generation graduating seniors and graduate students, pursuing all majors, in the colleges of Arts & Sciences, Engineering, Business, Pharmacy, and Behavioral & Community Sciences, on all campuses. This scholarship is based on merit with a preference for financial need and is renewable up to 8 semesters. Preference for students engaged in the Black Leadership Network that supports African Americans and African American initiatives throughout the USF system and in our community.
