Support USF students impacted by Hurricanes Helene, Milton

The recent hurricanes left many USF students facing unexpected hardships. The USF United Support Fund serves as an important resource to help them cover essential needs.

Created in response to students’ urgent challenges at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the USF United Support Fund is available to all USF students in times of unanticipated financial hardship. The fund provides financial awards for students who need help paying for basic living expenses like food, toiletries, rent and other necessities in times of crises beyond their control.

Funds are available to students on all campuses — Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota-Manatee — and students can apply through the Office of Financial Aid.

If you are in a position to support the fund, your contribution can make a meaningful difference — including enabling students to finish the semester. If you, too, suffered losses from Helene and Milton, know that you are in our thoughts as we work together to rebuild.
