Transforming Mobility-USF SPT&RS Alumni Scholarship

The Project/Challenge

The University of South Florida School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences (SPT&RS) have established the SPT&RS Alumni Scholarship to help deserving students defray costs as they launch their professional career in physical therapy. Help us reach our goal of endowing the scholarship to ensure that it can provide support for our doctors of physical therapy and athletic training programs for our USF students in perpetuity!

Who We Are

The USF School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences has built a nationally ranked educational program, producing competent, highly capable and caring physical therapists grounded in evidence-based care. The mission of the school is to “Move Lives Forward” through the education of students in an inclusive educational, research and clinical environment that embraces diversity, innovation, discovery, knowledge, expertise, leadership, collaboration and partnerships.  As an integral part of USF Health, our School is dedicated to preparing practice-ready professionals to help people achieve optimal physical function and mobility.

Your gift provides scholarship support that is a financial lifeline for talented students who would otherwise be burdened by working long hours, taking out expensive loans, or perhaps not attending school at all.

What Your Gifts Will Do

Contributions to the SPT&RS Alumni Scholarship fund will provide scholarships to full-time graduate students pursuing an education in the School of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Sciences.
