The USF Libraries aim to drive solutions to our growing environmental challenges. In establishing the Environment and Natural History Collection, we can document and preserve the rare and important works of local and regional environmental scholars and conservationists. This rich collection integrates more than 20 existing collections, and includes data, photographs, discovery and analytical tools and published works needed to fuel research and inform solutions.

The USF Libraries inspire research, creativity and learning, and are actively building collections that support innovation and knowledge acquisition. To drive student and faculty success, we are evolving from providers of library services and collections to active partners in research and teaching.

Help us plan for our future by supporting the USF Libraries in building a powerful and comprehensive Environment and Natural History Collection. Your support will allow us to curate existing collections and acquire, digitize and preserve rare resources that will aid in finding solutions for the future of our environment.

what your gifts will do

Your gift of any size supports exceptional education and research opportunities, allowing us to become the best research libraries for your USF. This fund will cover upkeep, digitization, preservation and acquisition of environment and natural history collections housed within the USF Libraries. At the discretion of the Dean or designee, when sufficient funds are raised, the fund can be converted into an endowment.
