Athletic Training Sideline Pack Campaign

What We Do

The Athletic Training Sideline Pack Campaign provides students entering their first clinical placements this summer with alumnus-designed athletic training medical sideline bags. This year, the students will receive two items from Nexus Sports Medicine: the Dragonfly cross-body bag and Drone hip pouch. The Dragonfly and Drone will provide for fast and easy access to essential sports medicine tools. With these essential sports medicine sideline packs, students will be ready for the rigorous training they’ll receive during their clinical experiences.

Who We Are

The USF Master of Science in Athletic Training program prepares students for successful careers as athletic trainers — educated and experienced in managing sports-related health-care problems.

Students complete an intensive six-semester, 24-month program with clinical experiences integrated throughout the curriculum. All clinical experiences include immersive periods when students have no didactic responsibilities for weeks at a time and are fully integrated into their assigned clinical settings for that rotation.

Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education, the program’s graduates have enjoyed successful careers as athletic trainers in secondary schools, colleges and universities, professional sports programs, sports medicine clinics and other athletic health-care settings.
