Chris Gai earned his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of South Florida in 2019. During his studies, Gai delved into powerlifting training, conducting research to enhance athletic performance and injury prevention within this specialized domain. Recognizing the importance of disseminating research findings to fellow practitioners and the broader health care community, Gai established the social media platform "Evidence-Based Movement." Through this platform, he shares insights gleaned from cutting-edge research, empowering clinicians to integrate evidence-based approaches into their clinical practice effectively.

Currently serving as a staff physical therapist at PT Solutions, Gai leverages his expertise to provide exemplary patient care.

Following the completion of his orthopedic residency, he now serves as a member of the residency faculty, guiding and mentoring aspiring physical therapy professionals as they navigate their educational journey. He also plays a role on PT Solutions' education team, where he designs and delivers continuing education courses on diverse topics such as return-to-sport, youth athlete management and personalized exercise prescription.

When not immersed in the world of physical therapy and strength training, Gai finds solace in camping and hiking with his pup, Eevee.

Kyle Schindler serves as the clinic director at PT Solutions’ Citrus Park location, bringing a rich background in both academics and athletics to his role. Schindler earned his Bachelor of Science at Lynn University in 2016 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at USF in 2019. He also received his board certification in orthopedics in 2023.

Schindler played college baseball at St. Petersburg College and then at Lynn University, serving as an infielder and pitcher. He is the co-lead of PT Solutions’ Tampa mentorship program, helping elevate current clinicians to be more efficient and research-oriented in their practice.

In addition, he has provided education to other therapists and the community about current baseball research for the youth population. Schindler enjoys treating the upper extremity athletes and being involved in the local high schools’ athletics programs.

As a Tampa native growing up on the baseball field, he is passionate about giving back to the community sports programs by spending time and providing education to the local teams. In his free time, Schindler enjoys working out, spending time with his wife, family and dog, Turner, and rooting for the Boston Red Sox and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
