Broadcasting from the USF Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota-Manatee campuses, WUSF 89.7, an NPR partner station, serves the West Central Florida region, providing critical news, information and entertainment. 

Our award-winning WUSF reporters keep listeners up to date on issues impacting our state, with locally produced programs like Florida Matters, by providing context and insight on local issues.

WUSF Public Media’s mission is to provide meaningful and relevant content that enhances our community’s quality of life. The high-quality programming, we provide has been a valuable resource in our community for nearly 60 years. We are committed to providing creative, entertaining, educational, and trustworthy content and programming and are dedicated to serving our listeners and viewers for years to come.
