Who We Are

The mission of the School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences is to "Move Lives Forward" through the education of students in an inclusive educational, research and clinical environment that embraces diversity, innovation, discovery, knowledge, expertise, leadership, collaboration and partnerships.

What We Do

Our school houses the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, Professional Athletic Training Program and Orthopaedic Residency Program. Not only do we provide excellent educational opportunities, but we have a growing research enterprise advancing our knowledge, a physical therapy center providing clinical care to Tampa Bay and various service opportunities giving back to our communities.

Our unique placement within the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine allows us unmatched collaboration and synergy in education, clinical care and research. Together, we are all Making Life Better and Moving Lives Forward.

Your Impact

You can help patients walk steadier, run faster and dream bigger by supporting physical therapy education, research and care at USF. The University of South Florida School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences has built a nationally ranked educational program, producing competent, highly capable and caring physical therapists grounded in evidence-based care.
