History
This scholarship was founded by Dr. Vincent Zecchino on October 1, 2005. The purpose of this scholarship is to provide support for USF students, specifically non-traditional females, who are single mothers.
Scholarship Criteria
This scholarship is for a USF student, with preference given to non-traditional women who are single parents and otherwise meet the eligibility requirements established by Dream Givers USA. Must be a resident of Hillsborough County.
