WLP/Carolyn A. O'Steen Memorial Scholarship
To support scholarships offered by the Women in Leadership and Philanthropy Program. This scholarship is for full or part-time graduate students specializing in providing services for individuals with special needs. This could include, but is not limited to, graduate students in Special Education, School Psychology, and Counselor Education majors, in the College of Education, on any USF campus. This scholarship is based on merit and financial need and is renewable up to 8 semesters. Preference for a Tampa campus student. Preference should be given to a single parent returning to the university to pursue an advanced degree and for whom they would be unable to do so without the benefit of this scholarship. This scholarship will supplement any other financial aid of the recipients up to the cost of attendance (i.e. tuition, books, room/board, etc.)
