The recipient must be a graduate student in good standing attending USF St. Petersburg College of Education and eligible to receive financial aid as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Scholarship criteria: financial need, graduate student, full or part-time, all majors, College of Education, USFSP campus.
