Mark S. Woodard Public Service Scholarship
To support scholarships for full or part-time undergraduate students, pursuing all majors, in all colleges, on the St. Petersburg campus. This scholarship is based on financial need, can be awarded 2 semesters, and is limited to students seeking a career in public service. Preference will be given to employees of the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners and their children; which is an employee of a department or office reporting to the County Administrator.
