David Carr Memorial Endowed Scholarship
To provide scholarships to new freshman, new transfers or currently enrolled undergraduate students who are full and part-time students at USF St. Petersburg Campus in the College of Arts & Sciences majoring in History. European and History majors preferred. This scholarship is restricted based on merit and financial need.
