To be used to fund a need-based scholarship for a Saint Petersburg College transfer student, a resident of St. Petersburg who attended a Pinellas County High School, attending classes on the USF SP campus. Additional scholarship criteria; full or part-time student, junior/senior/graduate level, all majors, all colleges.
