History
Steven Eric Spector was a graduate of USF (criminology) who co-founded Safe Exchange Tampa in 2017, a harm-reduction agency that addressed the drug overdose problem in the Tampa Bay Area.
Scholarship Criteria
Full or part-time students, at the junior or senior academic level, pursuing a major in a mental health field, in all colleges, on all campuses. This scholarship is based on merit. Preference for graduates of Land O' Lakes High School, if none, then preference for graduates of local high schools. Preference for students in the College of Behavioral & Community Sciences. Preference for students majoring in Behavioral Healthcare.
