At USF Advancement, our passionate team continues the cycle of success by fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation.
USF Advancement connects the university with donors who want to make a difference by providing philanthropic support to promote student success, research, academic excellence and other strategic priorities. Our dedicated team of approximately 190 professionals, including 60 fundraisers, encompasses alumni, development and foundation operations. The team is responsible for raising more than $150 million annually and has broken records year after year with more than $168 million raised in fiscal year 2024.
In June 2017, the USF Foundation completed a $1 billion capital campaign and the university’s endowment now exceeds $637 million in value.
